The farm

A serious growing operation, run by family

What started as brothers Abel and Andrew Mohanu chasing hard-to-find mushrooms has grown into one of the region's dedicated specialty mushroom farms — purpose-built grow rooms on a 17-acre property, fruiting thousands of blocks year-round.

Every mushroom is grown spray-free, harvested by hand at its peak, and on the road the same day — to farmers markets, restaurants, grocers and distributors across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern Rivers.
